Here's to a great 2020.
| | In 2019, the Life team took our no-BS motto to heart, publishing stories every day that helped our audience deal with the real struggles and challenges of modern living — all with a dash of humor, a science-backed approach and with tips and advice that really work. We explored how to deal with the trauma of losing a parent at any age, what multi-level marketing companies really do to women, and the not-so-happy truth of life as a social media influencer.
It wasn’t all doom and gloom, though! We launched a fun new Style series on Americans’ unique workwear, a comprehensive guide to starting therapy for anyone who needs it (hint: that's all of us!), and a series on teaching kids gratitude during the holidays.
We also helped you make the most of your Netflix-and-Chill time with our Streamline project (you can sign up for that newsletter here), and explored what we really mean when we talk about self-care. In short, HuffPost Life helped to make sense of what really matters in 2019. Just wait til you see what we have in store for 2020.
