Nearly everything about 2020 has spun us backwards, upside down and inside out. On the hottest day of the year so far, when temperatures in my neck of the woods reached 97 degrees, I found myself cranking up the oven to 400 to bake an apple-blackberry pie. Not exactly an orthodox choice. (But a delicious one!)
And apparently I'm not the only one craving comfort food during the dog days of summer. Today we unveiled July's 15 most-liked recipes from HuffPost Taste's Instagram account, and almost every recipe on the list is carb-centric, featuring pastas, cinnamon buns, muffins, you name it.
