How about some peanut butter bread to go with that coffee?
Hey guys, we made it to another Friday! Are you psyched?!? If I sound peppier than usual, it's because I've been drinking coffee at breakneck speed. Why, you ask? I'm trying to outpace the work-from-home coffee cycle of doom: Make a fresh cup, let it cool down too much, reheat it in the microwave and find that it's bitter beyond repair.
Sound familiar? Good news ― there are simple solutions that work better than chugging your joe. We talked to coffee geniuses who explained why microwaving coffee makes it taste so bad, and how to keep it warm without creating extra bitterness.
Stay safe and have a wonderful weekend! I'll see you here next Friday.
