We have a joke in our house that we need to "take back the day" during quarantine, a phrase that's meant to encourage us to take breaks, days off, or just time for ourselves away from *gestures vaguely* all this. We often use it sarcastically since most of the time we don't take back the day, but we should. There's power in prioritizing self-care right now. Reporter Kelsey Borresen rounded up a few ways you can do that, too.
As always, we also covered some of the most pressing coronavirus questions and news, including:
Here's to getting through another week! Take back the day.

Got a spare minute? Use it to change your life. Our "A Minute And Change" series will help you become happier, healthier and more productive by doing one thing a little differently. This week's tip comes from psychotherapist Lucy Beresford on how to deal with the exhausting feeling that each day is the same right now:
Create small, short-term goals. It could be tackling a new recipe, cleaning out the spare room, weeding the window-box, or signing up to be a phone buddy for a care-home. Think of ways to get outside yourself, and plan what you can do for others at this time. |

The world is trying to cope with the coronavirus, from the serious to the mundane. We’re jamming full lives into one home, and trying to stay calm about a world ravaged by an invisible virus. We’re trying to learn how to homeschool our kids, or to make bread for ourselves. It’s a whole new world, and HuffPost is launching a new illustrated series about how to live in it.
Each week, we’ll feature an artist offering their vision for how to handle the world as it is today. We hope they make you think, make you smile, or just offer something to do other than staring wistfully out the windows.
