Something that has really been helpful for me is thinking about more = more. If I'm looking towards doing something more health-promoting for my personal nutrition, I think about where I can add something that makes me feel great. Where can I add an extra glass of water? Where can I add a little bit more protein to keep me fuller longer? Where can I add some more vegetables to get some variety? |
