IS MARK RUFFALO A GOOD ACTIVIST? Over the years, Mark Ruffalo has traveled the country denouncing oil pipelines and hydraulic fracturing for natural gas. Last month, he testified in Congress on the need for regulation of toxic polyfluoroalkyl substances known as PFAS.
