I've seen a LOT of weird health fads over the years as a wellness editor, and 2019 was no exception. This year we saw tons of popular products and trends that aimed to improve your well-being in some way. And let's just say, a lot of them were total B.S.

A minute and change

Got a spare minute? Use it to change your life. Our "A Minute And Change" series will help you become happier, healthier and more productive by doing one thing a little differently. This week's tip comes from Dayna Isom Johnson, trends expert at Etsy, on how she manages work stress. She told The Cut:

Back when I was working in PR, I would always say to myself, This is PR, not ER. If I don’t send this sample by nine o’clock, no one is going to die. I’m not a surgeon.

Food shaming and holidays go hand-in-hand. People judge about what you're not eating just as much as what you are eating. So how do you deal when someone is commenting on what's your plate? Reporter Kelsey Borresen talked to experts and got some A+ advice.
