No Images? Click here We've been watching “Boss Baby” a lot in our house lately. My kids think it’s a total riot, my husband and I find it oddly soothing, and it keeps us occupied when we all just need to chill a little. So it was no surprise then when my two year old, while he was refusing to go back to his crib this weekend, looked at me with perfect timing and said, “me boss baby.” Even though I was exhausted and just wanted him to go the f*** to sleep, I let out a huge cackle. Had he really just told the perfect joke?In that moment, despite the hour we'd already spent trying to get him back in his room, I couldn't help but completely embrace the (sometimes) adorable chaos of parenting.Sure it's tiring and can feel overwhelming, but every now and then your children do things, inadvertently or not, that render you completely in awe of them. This was one of those moments and I’m not about to be picky about when those moments strike. It served as a reminder to me to go with the flow; you might miss some great moments otherwise.Truer words have never been said You're gonna love this
