I hope you’re hungry, because every week I’m going to send you my favorite things to put in your face, from delicious recipes to weird food facts that’ll boggle your mind. Whether you want to become a better cook or just eat better food, you’re in the right place. I’m Kristen, the founding editor of HuffPost Taste. For the past 7 years, my job has been to figure out what you guys want to eat, and let me tell you, you're a fascinating bunch. You’ve got jobs, families, gym routines, shopping lists, hobbies up the wazoo, demanding dietary restrictions and crazy-big dreams, and you somehow still have the desire to put something healthy and delicious on the table. Basically, you’re heroes. The thing I love most about food is the happiness it brings me and those I cook for, so I want to spread that joy to you. I’ll send tips to make things easier, but also inspiration and information to help you become a better cook. And yes, even though I went to culinary school, I sometimes microwave a frozen box of Trader Joe’s bibimbap for dinner, so I’ll share my favorite product recommendations from time to time, too.
