With the appointments of Congress veterans Kamal Nath and Ashok Gehlot as Chief Ministers of Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, respectively, party members say Rahul Gandhi has fallen back on the Old Guard to win these two states for him in the 2019 Lok Sabha election.
