And the campaign didn’t end when Trump reached the White House; the same troll farms are still working to stoke racial and political tensions in America. [AP] [Tweet | Share on Facebook]STONE CAVES: SETTLES $100M LAWSUIT Trump’s former campaign adviser Roger Stone settled a defamation suit, agreeing to publicly apologize for publishing false information on the right-wing conspiracy site Infowars. The settlement ends a $100 million lawsuit by Chinese businessman Guo Wengui, whom Stone falsely claimed had been convicted of financial crimes for donations to 2016 Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and former Trump senior adviser Steve Bannon.
