News of the coronavirus has taken over many of our lives, but I'm not panicking. I'm a major planner, and right now the best thing to do is take precautions and be prepared, so this is in my wheelhouse. We've got everything you need for that: a grocery shopping guide for self-quarantine, reassurance that coronavirus isn't known to be transmittable through food, and tons of recipes you can make from your pantry, just in case you're stuck at home for a while. Follow the guidelines, stock up and you won't go hungry. In fact, you may even enjoy yourself a little bit.

If that's not enough to help you breathe easy, there's a lot of reassuring information out there, like Lindsay Holmes' story, A Few Coronavirus Facts To Keep In Mind When You're Panicking. Give it a read, and have a healthy, delicious weekend ahead.

XO, Kristen
