One of the healthiest, tastiest and most affordable base ingredients you can use is canned tomatoes, but there are so many options at the supermarket — some can be too acidic, others too sweet. How do know which ones taste the best? We asked an Italian chef to taste test 10 popular brands (including the ever-popular San Marzanos) and tell us what's best.
