| | I’ve been thinking a lot about self-care recently. How can I better learn to breathe through the moments that make me want to rip my hair out and what little things I can learn to help me better maintain my cool along the way.
Nighttime is almost always a struggle for parents. It’s a balancing act: How do you decompress after a long day, spend some time with your kids, get them in bed at a reasonable hour and then (hopefully) have some time for yourself? So I’m asking you, dear readers, for your tips for those nights when you just want the kids to go the f**k to sleep.. Instead of snapping at your kids, what do you do to stay calm?
