This goes out to anyone who has ever tried getting into yoga and it didn't exactly end up so zen. We rounded up hilarious tweets about failing at yoga that will make you feel better about your own troubles. (Or, if you're a pro, the stories will certainly bring you back to your early days doing the practice.)

Research shows yoga can improve your health in so many ways, so it's probably worth sticking to it. But that doesn't mean it's easy. Namaste.

Lindsay

It's past time we stop using health conditions like HPV as material for jokes. Yet many people don't feel like it's a big deal. Reporter Brittany Wong broke down the very real consequences that occur when STIs are used as punchlines. It's a super important read.

A minute and change

Got a spare minute? Use it to change your life. Our 'A Minute And Change' series will help you become happier, healthier and more productive by doing one thing a little differently. This week's tip comes from actress Mandy Moore, who recently partnered with Nature's Way, on the quick activity she practices each day for her health. Moore told me:

I'm a new adopter of meditation. I've gotten my husband on that train as well. We'll do a guided Headspace meditation at the end of a long day. I'll put it on my phone and we'll both sit on the bed, lay on the bed or on the floor and do a 15-minute guided meditation. I swear I could not believe in something like that more. It resets me. The mind is so powerful; it's insane how much stress you just let roll off of you during the day. Meditation recalibrates you and gives you a clean slate.

Before you go...

Halloween may be dead and gone for the year, but a love for horror movies can last all year round. And it turns out people with anxiety sometimes appreciate and benefit from watching them the most. Reporter Caroline Bologna talked to mental health experts about this phenomenon. Give it a look!
