| | Hi there! I spent a lot of time this weekend planning my Thanksgiving dinner. It is way too expensive to fly home for a couple days, so a few years ago, I started hosting Friendsgiving at my lil' apartment in Brooklyn. It's always a fun time. I'm considering not making a whole turkey this year and making some really good turkey wings, and then a big fillet of pistachio-crusted salmon as another option. The recipes are from one of my favorite chefs, Angela Davis, who calls herself The Kitchenista on Twitter. (There are some links to some really great Thanksgiving stories down below, too.) Do you have any untraditional dishes at your Thanksgiving? Send me an email!
