I wrote about how scared he is to fall asleep at night, how he hates being in different rooms than me or my husband, how he chews on his clothing so often that we’ve had to throw out shirts.I know first hand how exhausting anxiety can be. And as a parent, I can only hope — and actively work on — not passing along any more anxiety to my kids. I turned to you guys to see if you had any tips for dealing with it, and you SO delivered.A huge and heartfelt thank you to everyone who wrote in with their suggestions and experiences.
