Barr, who was handpicked by Trump for his post, has scheduled the conference for 9:30 a.m., before the report is to be released to Congress. [HuffPost]NORTH KOREA TESTS NEW ‘TACTICAL GUIDED WEAPON’ North Korea tested a new type of tactical guided weapon on Wednesday, the regime’s state-run Korean Central News Agency said. Kim Jong Un apparently oversaw the testing this week.
