Vivek Oberoi's Modi-sanctioned hagiography, called 'Prime Minister Narendra Modi', was prevented from releasing after the Election Commission passed an order stating that the film violates the model code of conduct.  The night before the unexpected order, I was at Vivek Oberoi's office in Juhu and the mood was festive, to put it mildly. Such was the enthusiasm that members of his entourage only spoke in Biblical terms, with a lot of 'it's all God's blessings' tossed around. Yet again, Kangana Ranaut is doing what Kangana Ranaut does. Ms. Rannaut, firebrand extraordinaire-turned-rabble-rouser, found it 'embarrassing' when she won a website's poll over Alia Bhatt.  "What is there to beat in Gully Boy performance," she told the website.
