For me, it’s a fear that I won’t be good enough at whatever I’m trying — even if I already proved that I am!Now, imagine if Olympians allowed a fear like that take over their headspace. What if someone else is better? What if I’m really not as good at this sport as I believe? They wouldn’t even show up to their competitions, let alone win. Instead, they push past what terrifies them and they show the hell up.What if you lived more fearlessly, like an Olympian? It’s a good reminder as the 2018 winter games approach next month (shout out to all my fellow Olympics fanatics!). Letting your worries dictate how you behave can block you from success. It doesn’t matter if you’re attempting a new healthy eating plan or trying a new hobby or putting yourself out there on a first date.
