The government has until July 26 to reunify parents and children it separated at the border.Trump refused to condemn Putin over Russian election hacking, saying, "We’re all to blame" for poor relations. The U.S. president continued to insist there was no collusion between his campaign and Moscow.The DOJ charged Russian national Maria Butina with acting as a foreign agent.
