So, this couldn’t have come at a better time: We asked therapists to share their best hacks for dealing with anxiety, and they revealed some pretty interesting tips.I tried some of them and I have to admit, they’re pretty unique AND useful. (The ice trick was particularly interesting, and not to mention refreshing since NYC is currently in a brutal heat wave!) If you’re dealing with an acute bout of stress or chronic anxiety, they’re worth a go. They might come in handy when, say, you’re feeling panicked about moving out of your place on time and your movers don’t show up.
