No Images? Click here I’m just going to come right out with it: I returned to work from the holidays half human, half pinot grigio. Thankfully, reporter Stephanie Barnes talked to people who have successfully cut back on drinking and got their tips on how they did it (along with some expert advice, too). I’m not doing Dry January, but I’m definitely going to follow this advice and curb my alcohol consumption this month.Of course, that isn’t a necessity for everyone. If you’re looking for another habit to adopt in the new year, therapists also shared with us some of the best goals you can make. Spoiler alert: They’re all pretty achievable, will likely make you happier and — this is the best part — they have nothing to do with your physical appearance. Here’s to more self-love and just generally kicking butt in 2019. We deserve it.Sincerely, |
