Thankfully, reporter Stephanie Barnes talked to people who have successfully cut back on drinking and got their tips on how they did it (along with some expert advice, too). I’m not doing Dry January, but I’m definitely going to follow this advice and curb my alcohol consumption this month.Of course, that isn’t a necessity for everyone.
