We all see the term “committed suicide” often, especially online following the tragic death of a public figure. It may seem harmless to say that someone “committed suicide” when talking about what happened, but the phrase is actually pretty damaging. This week’s tip comes from actress and singer Brandy on how she fits in a quick sweat if she can’t get to a gym: I do a lot of pushups. They're a good way to get your body warmed up and it works every part of your body. I also do squats -- about 30 of them for three sets.
