Plus, is Whole30 really worth it?
| | I grew up in Florida, where the sun ― and the vitamin D that you get from it ― was rarely lacking. Since moving to New York, I've become deficient and that can really affect how I feel.
The vitamin levels in your body do matter. And while they're not the sole cause of mental health problems, experts say they can have a noticable impact in some cases. Curious? Reporter Krissy Brady looked into how different types of vitamin deficiencies can influence your mood and what you can do about it.
This all isn't to say you need to hit purchase on those made-for-Instagram, fancy supplement packs. But if you have been feeling off, it might be worth chatting with your doctor.
