Here's a rundown of what you might expect; according to Amazon, this Prime Day will even feature deals at Whole Foods.  One little tip: If you don't have Amazon Prime but see a deal you need, use Amazon's 30-day free trial to take advantage. You can cancel when the free period ends.  Take back your life We all know we must pay our bills on time, but even the most responsible folks can somehow miss a payment. Addresses change, memories lapse and sometimes hard times hit. No matter why a bill is sent to a collection agency, it’s important to deal with the situation before it affects your credit. There are easy and real steps you can take to mitigate harm and make relatively painless arrangements. The absolute worst thing you can do is ignore it. Read this before you go part-time Pro Tip: Slack is bad, actually. One reason is that your boss has the potential power to read your private messages. Scary, right? If your organization uses Slack to communicate, follow these steps to see who might be able to read all of your messages:  Go to [yourteamname].slack.com/account/team. Toggle to “Retention & Exports,” then switch to “Admins & Owners.” You can see the list of employees and their designated levels of access. Both admins and owners can easily download public messages, deletion logs, archived public channels and links to files included in any public channel through what’s called a standard export. Only workplace owners, however, can apply to see private channels and direct messages “as needed and permitted by law” through a corporate export. Once approved by Slack, they can schedule exports to see all private messages. According to Slack, applications can be made related to workplace harassment investigations, compliance with archival requirements, lawsuits requiring disclosure and more. The lesson? When you’re on Slack, you’re basically texting on your boss’s phone — and that’s the most important thing to keep in mind as you chat with your colleagues. Want more practical magic?
