If so, you probably saw Kamala Harris absolutely rip Joe Biden like a sheet of loose leaf. The California Senator criticized Biden's record on racial segregation and the comments he made last week praising two racists. “I do not believe you are a racist. And I agree with you when you commit yourself to the importance of finding common ground,” Harris said. “But it was hurtful to hear you talk about the reputations of two United States senators who built their reputations and career on the segregation of race in this country.” Hear her remarks here. And in case you missed it, the BET Awards aired on Sunday and this might possibly be one of the best shows in recent years. The Exonerated Five received a standing ovation, Nipsey Hussle's family accepted an award on his behalf, Tyler Perry gave a rousing speech about Black artists in Hollywood and Regina Hall shined a necessary light on the rapid gentrification happening in Washington, D.C.
