It’s true that mental health and physical health are totally linked. It can impact everything from your eating habits to, yes, your sex life. That’s why we should take both of them seriously. Supplements are an alluring wellness craze, containing ingredients that promise to make you healthier. Some products, known as “mental clarity” or brain-boosting supplements, even claim to make you smarter by sharpening your focus and improving your thinking. But do they work?
