We keep hearing that one of the best ways to stay healthy during the coronavirus outbreak is to avoid touching your face. But you may as well tell me to "stop breathing," since touching my face feels about as natural as inhaling and exhaling.


There's no way in hell we're going to break a habit we've spent decades unconsciously establishing. However, there are some ways you can "hack" yourself in order to do it a little less. Reporter Caroline Bologna got advice from experts for reducing how often you touch your face. Their tips are worth trying.
