In places from London to New York, doulas and partners are being banned from delivery rooms -- and women are having to give birth alone.
It’s traumatic to even think about. Reporter Catherine Pearson spoke to doulas about what these bans mean for their patients, and the added levels of anxiety this brings to an already intense time for these women.
