Those days are over — through the holidays, anyway. Both retailers are battling for your holiday bucks, and just announced they've eliminated the minimum amount you need to spend to quality for free shipping through the holiday season. This is the first time Target has offered free two-day shipping without a minimum, and Amazon sweetened its deal by also expanding the number of items available for free same-day delivery to Prime members. So far, Walmart has declined to adjust its $35 minimum for free two-day shipping, but it’s early days yet in the holiday sales war.
