That's the terrible, awful, outrageous, absurd, insert-your-favorite-outrage-adjective conclusion of a survey LeanIn.org put out last week. Sixty percent of male managers said they’re uncomfortable mentoring, working one-on-one, and socializing with women at work -- a 14 percentage point increase from last year.
