[AP]MAN KILLS 17-YEAR-OLD, POSTS PHOTOS ON SOCIAL MEDIA A 21-year-old man slashed the neck of a 17-year-old girl and posted photos of her body on social media before attempting suicide, police in Utica, New York, said. [HuffPost]KILLER IN CHARLOTTESVILLE ATTACK GETS LIFE + 419 YEARS An avowed white supremacist was sentenced to life plus 419 years on federal hate crime charges for deliberately driving his car into anti-racism protesters during a white nationalist rally in Virginia. The agreement represents a capitulation to a government that has been extremely hostile to press freedom.
