A quick comb through Target's fall clothing collection, and you'd think you were browsing the racks at your local Madewell. In fact, Target’s entire fall clothing collection is giving us major Madewell vibes — without a Madewell price tag.  With the launch and expansion of several of its own in-house fashion brands like Prologue and Who What Wear, Target now has a finger on the pulse of what’s trendy with plenty of budget-friendly fall pieces, like this pair of leather backless loafers for just $23 and an autumnal wrap dress for under $30.
