The attackers started a fire that ripped through the bar, killing eight women and 15 men. There was no immediate information on the condition of the injured. [AP]UK: QUEEN APPROVES PLAN TO SUSPEND PARLIAMENT Queen Elizabeth has approved Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s plan to suspend Parliament between Sept. 9 and Oct. 14., days after members return to work. Opposition members have reacted with outrage, saying this move severely restricts their ability to scrutinize the government’s Brexit plans.
