Through the deal, Roc Nation will spearhead and advise on the artist selection for music performances, including the Super Bowl halftime show.Nessa Diab, Kaepernick's partner, said that she was "at a loss for words" in response to the the partnership. She also said it gives her feelings of “disgust” and “disappointment.” Carolina Panthers safety Eric Reid also criticized Jay, saying "It looks like your goal was to make millions and millions of dollars by assisting the NFL in burying Colin’s career.”Kaepernick responded to those who showed support, sending a special message to Reid. “You never turned your back on me or the people, even when the nfl tried to silence your voice & the movement,” Kaepernick wrote. “You’ve never flinched or wavered.
